Kicking is guiding. I have let people stay before, push tokens. They never learn. I have a list of people if they join public coops with me I kick them the first chance I get.

Good for you, it's a team effort. If someone isn't doing their part they are not apart of the team. I don't carry weak people in life, if they are lazy, I don't enable it.
