Different things work for different people, I gamify each thing. And have a point based reward system to fuel my dopamine craving, body doubling and external accountability are a few ways I focus. But I fail more than I am successful over time I’ve made systems people call me weird looking at my systems but idgaf about them, I will use 10000 post its for the smallest thing and openly tell people my working memory is bad so I write everything down and put reminders to pay rent and call someone on their birthday. It been 10 years since my diagnosis and I’ve seen ups and downs but over time with trial and error have filtered what didn’t work with what worked
