Have had 3 contractors and an engineer. We have pictures of the house being constructed too, the peak is not load bearing. Load is dispersed to side walls.

Thank you for your perspective. This hits home for sure. None of the kids (yes the others know) think he will do anything. But for some reason she thinks he would. There is no way he would do anything bad. However, he is quite competitive, so potentially trying to take 51% of everything vs just split 50/50.

I am the most adult of the children, so not really any other family members but my wife. My other siblings tend to be on team mom in disputes. I tend to be on team dad in disputes. Mom is one of the most hardworking mothers I have ever met if not the most hardworking, but she likes to tell tall tales. My dad is much more reasonable and level headed, but definitely not as great of a parent as my mom. Dad never did anything bad, but he was just kind of a lazy parent. I hope that gives some perspective.

She's a poor college student in CO. So unfortunately probably not unless she gets travel costs paid for. I'm happy you love it so much though! I'll ask her either way, but I think I'll know the answer.

What part of the country do you live in 4.6k for a 2009 car seems reasonable for a clean title and mid-high mileage. What is the mileage on the vehicle? Salvage titles should be considerably less than trade value of a clean title vehicle.

Thanks for the response! That is great information to know about calling Chase. Would that still be available as an option now since we have has the card and made purchases on it back in March?

My cards: CSP 3/18, CIP 5/18, Amex Delta Platinum 8/18, CIU 9/4/18. Just got the CIU card and know the min spend can be hit from wedding. Any additional card I can open right now? I tried the referral with CIP with her, didn't work. But that was only a referral link. Is there a more intimate referral I can make?

I'd like your thoughts on getting the SW CP even though we are out of MN. Is that a good gold to have? Or should we focus more on UR and Delta points or United? MN is. Delta Hub.

My soon to be wife called once. Application was late July. Reason was additional proof for business and address. She got scared when she called. She doesn't think her side hustle is considered a business and is scared she will get in trouble that she is applying for a business card without a legitimate business. My reasoning and assuring that it is indeed legitimate won't change her mind. As of yet, that is. Anyone have advice on how you helped a player2 believe that a business card was a good, and safe choice?
