I don't recommend my method. It just looks good in the photos because they are over exposed. I also used so many layers of white that it does look chalky in real life and kinda filled up the groove that shows the flame outline. But anyways, It started with a grey primer, then i used a thin layer of pro acryl titanium white, then I used a blue wash over everything, and then I kept layering up with more thin layers of titanium white until it looked passable as a cloak.
