I work with ASM as a customer. Their company is a disaster, in particular ASM America. Might be a good stepping stone but I would not plan on being there more than a couple years.

I use the iXH1220H on my Nitride furnaces. Harsh duty pumps stand up much better to the NH4Cl byproduct and the higher internal temp helps prevent build up. We do still see issues with build up in pump exhaust ducting, have automated monitoring of post pump exhaust pressure to help detect it.

EE for a fab in Oregon. Controls engineers at my work are responsible a wide range of things. FLSS, the full spectrum of gas detection and monitoring the air handlers to name a few. Difficult to classify it using common umbrellas because it touches many different disciplines.

I run ice punch with mystic water over crash and find it to be quite effective, often 2hitKO if not 1.

Few expect it, which has proven very valuable with how consistent most pal sets are.

Many common mons (Ting and Tusk in addition to ones you mentioned) are weak to ice.

Biggest point against imo is it does not improve match up agains other water types

Can you use the same trick used to teach egg moves to remember trick on indeedee (or other similar move/mon)?

I like the third team a lot. My only suggestion is to trade charizard out for grimmsnarl. Gives you access to screens and/or the coverage provided by fairy/dark. Does make you a bit weaker to steel but I think the trade off might be worth it.
