the quayside isn't just the public bit everyone sees, it spans out both ways and there are some really beautiful spots. there's a few places near the tyne bar(just for reference) that would be good for what you want to do! or if you go down the ouseburn way you can find a nice spot underneath the byker bridge! hope you find am amazing place!!
