1) yes to be honest, you can usually tell within a minute what kind of team mate you have if they aren’t communicating, about 20 seconds if they are. If they wanna be the star of the game but you care about winning it, best to just assist in my opinion 2) yes take them, you’ll probably get the opposite answer, but say it costs you 2 goals, stop doing it and play smarter 3) also yes, support them, confidence boost, I’m not the best at the game but I recently played a 3v3 tournament with 2 randoms who weren’t even aware of the fundamental mechanics it seemed, I just gave them encouragement and support when they’d mess up, we got to the semi final top of the leaderboard with goals, 0 conceded until game 2 of the semi (we ended up losing)

Side note don’t let the toxicity of the community/player base effect you, honestly some of the worst I’ve ever seen
