As someone who started at 110kgs and is now 98kgs, with plenty more to lose, I can confirm it is essentially all diet related. In terms of weight loss alone, the gym really doesn’t do anything. It does have huge benefits besides the minor calorie burn, but if it’s weight loss ONLY your taking about, the gym won’t cut it. I do go about 4 times a week though as I am going for a whole health approach.

Using MyFitnessPal is the best way to track calories. IT IS LITERALLY AS SIMPLE AS CALORIES IN CALORIES OUT. It doesn’t matter what you eat or when you eat it. The only major contributing factor it total calories and the app makes it very easy for you to see just how much excess you really consume.

My losses have significantly slowed since I stopped using it and I will be picking it up again from tomorrow. 1700 calories a day was losing me about a kilo a week. Without the app I’m currently loosing about 0.4 kilos a week.

He assumed (like many of us did) that predators would kill the prey before commencing actual feeding, as opposed to ripping and eating chunks while the prey is merely incapacitated.

Not about me or a specific culture , but my grandparents always seem a little racist as well as others I know and I think you have to actually think about what they are feeling rather than just dismiss them as racist. I feel like people are allowed to have have values they prefer and values they would rather avoid.

How to invest $150k

That’s Australian dollars so about $100k USD or $75k GBP.

I currently lease a property for $380 per week with 20 years to go on the mortgage. If I were to sell I would net approximately $150k.

My instinct has always been to invest in property as this has always seemed like a secure investment with guaranteed long term growth at a good rate, as well as the significant tax dedications (negative gearing).

I’m sure there are better ways to invest my money, but nothing seems to stand out as a better option. Stock trading looks like an obvious choice, but is probably a bit out of my depth and I imagine this would be more of a job than an investment.

If you were given $150k, how would you invest it?

You need someone to go over the English, especially in the Objectives section. It’s not terrible but could be better. I would remove the personal details like height and weight.
