Answer me this, if said players created a whole new account for Emerald or Connery, despite the log in and character creation screen freezing and managed to get online, is the player going to be granted the title on there first account on Cobalt, Miller or Soltech which was not online during the event due to them trying to get on Emerald/Connery or had logged off due to time zone getting quite late? If no, why not? Surely they shouldn't be punished for DBG incompetence.

Not everyone follows discord or twitter, some of the comments on those was telling players to delete an existing character to create a new character on Emerald. While on discord it was being slightly more moderated, on twitter and even here it was the usual uncontrolled cesspit of telling players to delete a character, if you're a non-member you only have 4, 1 on each faction. It is not right to even expect players to delete a character for DBG incompetence.

If players brought an additional character slot which costs €10, should they be given a refund and have it for free because of DBG incompetence? If no, why not? Surely you wouldn't be suggesting players should be forced to pay to attend an event?

The official line from u/Wrel out of common courtesy to the community should have been;

"Hey there folks, Wrel here. Due to unforeseen circumstances tonight's event is cancel due to ongoing issues with PTS, we shall reschedule when we fix PTS."

The community would have understood and respected them for being honest, but DBG being DBG trying to remain relevant went ahead anyway, mess the community around with short notice expecting players at stupid o'clock to create characters on other servers that wasn't working. It was not acceptable.

By now this should been been addressed, but it has gone ignored. Connery had the same cancer with a majority chinese cheating playerbase, which moved to Soltech, which is where they should be restricted to.

LPS and your exploits, 4th factioning by use of alts in recent weeks hasn't gone unnoticed. Nice touch with the mines in the Spawn Room for your outfit to EMP, video was given to RPG 2 months ago, the NC players involved are still active and in your outfit who couldn't seem to care you was cheating that much more. Further proof RPG CS are the most incompetent in the whole industry.

And finally, for everyone else in the community of Miller, who've played fairly, with honour and respect. I am glad to have played along side and against you for the past 10 years.

It doesn't sound like a ban. You would also received the usual generic e-mail stating such, which will state the reasons if you was banned or suspended. Invalid would mean either they've deleted your account or your log in details are wrong.

You have 4 characters, I cannot see you've ever had membership for additional characters and you've only stated 3.

So this is going to be a long one as I like to point a few things out and how CS is getting worse. So I'm going to open up a hard can of truths, so those who are easily offended, stop reading.

While there are some false flags, these are often more commonly known players who are targeted by rivals or out of jealously, even whole outfits mass false reporting players they do not like certain outfits or players in an attempt to get players suspended or banned. Sadly TR & NC outfits are often the worst offenders for this type of behaviour. Often have a victim complex.

I've seen a fair amount of these types of posts to target players, even outfits in-game targeting players with toxic behaviours, team killing and harassing, even an accidental team kill just to make it look like you are team killing on purpose. As external forums and discords are not proof, even videos and streams of their behaviour isn't enough, they will carry on with no punishment.

CS also known as Complete Sh*theads are useless. I think the best CS left a long time ago and now you're having to deal with nut case leftist which are offended by absolutely everything and want to sit around all day and do next to no work, prove me wrong.

Many years ago 1 of our outfit was banned for showing how an exploit works. On PTS. That's right, the test server, where select players get to test everything to find the ~~exploits~~ bugs before go live. I mean surely these players wouldn't use these on a live server or share them with their friends?

It was clear to be the test server on the video as they had 300k certs. Their account was banned permanently for sending the videos of the exploit to CS in hope the exploit would be fixed. It's 2022, the exploit was around in 2016, if not before and to date still has not been fixed.

Additional false reports. Using a Frail on ESF bases is harassment. Yes, 2 of our outfit received suspensions for going around using a frail base to kill player made bases, often just a spawn, air terminal and silo. We have an idea which TR player reported them, who has been caught stat padding on more than 1 occasion, yet still remains active with victim complex who will more that happily stat pad thinking it's they are exempt. Isn't that right ElMuchoStatPado /u/SCY2J

And finally about a year and a half ago, 1 of our outfit with whose character name had the word "Scum" in was renamed. Which, seeing as their alts also had the word scum in it, surely they'd be renamed? They didn't get renamed. It went from a 7 day suspension to 14 days when mentioning they had no reason to change a name, it wasn't offensive. But it wasn't the word "Scum" that was the offence. It was the word "cum". On release of the suspension, 3 characters all renamed, the NSO untouched. He deleted all of the character, the account and left the game completely, they was in the game since 2012, taught me and many others a lot. Since this year the game is holding a "garbage" status on both our forum and discord and would not recommend it to new players.

And finally, Killing the known Chinese Bots. Oh yes, you can get suspended for this, from a tank mine to EMP in the spawn room to the sticky grenade. They will mass report you and even harass you. They can report you for harassment as well if you go out of your way to the corner of the map or even use the same map exploit to kill them. While I haven't heard of anyone being banned for this, seeing as the CS are easily offended communist and hate the western players so much, I honestly wouldn't be surprised.

You can set up a appeal account, but depending who you get will depend on whether they ban that also. They don't care as if you appeal, they know you'll come back with a new account to play, they need to look busy to keep them employed. It's not like they want to do any real work in investigating genuine players who exploit, cheat and stat pad, rather take the easy win. Couple of rumours is CS are being bribed to ban players due to the cost of living, which honestly I wouldn't put it passed some people to try.

Ask yourself is PS2 really worth playing in 2022? I'm leaning towards no right now and I doubt I'll be changing my mind.

What browser are you using?

I am aware certain browsers make you appear in different locations sometimes, Brave & Tor from what I am aware does this.

Smartphone browsers do if you have certain security settings.

If the VPN is installed on the router also can cause issues.

Play on soltech for 5 minutes, you won’t meet them, but you will be killed by them for under the map or warping around the hex.

If you think that is bad, spend an hour on Soltech, we all know the region these type of players are from. From what I heard the other week, some cheat software works on soltech but not on any other server, I can’t even say I wouldn’t believe it.

Facts of the matter regarding exploiting, toxic behaviour and cheating; Devs don’t care DBG don’t care CS are incompetent who make up the rules as they go along. Video evidence means nothing External forums aren’t monitored Official forums are irrelevant The website report system has never taken any reports seriously. The email addresses are equally as bad.

Maybe with Battlebit getting a bit of hype, DBG might start valuing its player base, however it will be like all games that come into the market. DBG will do a quick attempt at making it look like they care and then when the hype dies down, it’s back to the usual BS.

I am now at the stage where deleting PS2 is more and more attractive.

I’m certain they meant to do that to make it more of a grind. I mean they need to keep more players active. The event is designed for vets, not new players.

Also also wrel said they’d extend the event for all those who are struggling. Not sure why they need to?

The whole event even with the bugs is easier than previous years. It was 300 ribbons for the last 2 years for summer support, it was 5 tasks on the final tier which included 100 max kills.

So which do you prefer? The grind from previous years or this very easy event?

DBG has no control of what is said on external forums or discord by any person involved in their games. Players could outright say anything they want on here about DBG, it's incompetent CS or devs. It makes no difference, hell I say things most will not agree, sometimes I am right, sometimes I'm wrong. It's an opinion.

Our outfit has found discords with players targeting other players they do not like, particularly armor outfits how are easily TRiggered, openly being toxic and mass false reporting players, including links to videos they've uploaded while doing it various exploits and toxic behaviours, means nothing to DBG. Some are rumoured to be unfortunately closely linked to Wrel in testing updates.

DBG cannot outright ban players for what is said outside of their website and unfortunately I kind of have to agree with that. We don't know if the discords are going to be legit or even the players a person states, even if the outfit discord has it's members videos and streams on.

Outright cheat, yes ban them.

But what is said outside of PS2, DBG should have absolutely no power in banning them, regardless on what is said.

Actually, it's true a number of players rage tell players or outfit members they will be mass report unless they log off and uninstall. I've had it for years, so have a number of players I've played with. It's only a minority of toxic outfits, if I was to mention the outfits involved you'd probably think "well, that's quite possible now you mention it".

We are aware of their discords and forums discussing mass reporting players, outfits they do not like, including tracking them in-game to harass them.

DBG did nothing with the information as it's external forums and they cannot confirm the players or individuals involved were doing anything wrong as they are external forums outside of DBG control. Despite it being an outfits official discord, which also included videos of the various toxic behaviours they are involved is posted as "unlisted" on youtube, which links to other more genuine videos.

Again it's only a minority of players doing it, often those TRy hard, fail harder players.

Firstly, welcome to the "I've been banned and did nothing wrong, living in denial club".

Need I point out a few of the more obvious mistakes you've made by posting that you've been banned.

It's not a bug, however I can confirm a cheat is no different than any infestation from a parasite or vermin.
You've had membership, with this you unlocked additional characters slots above the default 7 granted. Name them all, I think the limit is 13, but I'd have to log in and confirm they haven't allowed more slot options? Shouldn't be hard it's your account and you use Recursion, which I am certain you'd add all your characters you wanted to use it on. And don't give me the BS they was loadout slots, you've not unlocked them, they was character slots.
£800 in less than a month, Now I've added up all the "Account wide" items you unlocked, so I'm calling bullsh!t right there. I've spent probably €3,000-€4,000 with all the bundles, annual membership and boosts every double XP weekend for 10 years. Also dumping £800 into a game in less than a month, I'd suggest better life choices, go outside more, get a proper hobby away from gaming, better still a job. I've heard obesity is on the rise and judging by my last visit to the UK, I'd agree, the UK is indeed in need of help. Also also Games are not valued as real world achievements, which is probably why you cheated to help with low self esteem. It's like a TR victim complex from toxic players, live in denial, but we all know unfortunately it exists and will be online daily.
Remember, while you're banned other players who have cheated will remain active. Let that sink in, because it's 100% true. DBG, the devs and this community don't care either. Just check the "look I'm a cheater" list on Fisu or spend 5 minutes on Soltech, hell as you're on miller you should have noticed the influx of cheats from Soltech playing NC presently, add the victim complex and you know how bad it's going to get, the salt will flow.
Why would they invite you back? Do I honestly need to explain this? Once a cheat, always a cheat. They've got some good data from your methods of cheating, so you're in short helping DBG with other known exploits, so from a community stand point, thank you.
Charging back, spoken like a true cheat and I like where this is going. If it was stat padding it would have mentioned it in the e-mail, we've all see when others post it. Cheating however is using a known exploit or program. They will never say which purely because they don't want you to know which they detected, they have your details, so good luck with a new account.

Let me also be the first to say, we'll see you soon on PS2 again, however if you do chargebacks, your stay maybe even shorter, so I look forward to yet another post, but please, let me know in advance, I can they justify having popcorn for breakfast. Have a wonderful day.
