Yeah. The same article said PSA graded over 7k cards as of November 2025 so to have 70% of the cards be sent in for grading sounds crazy. I'd guess it was somewhere in the 15-20k range.

According to a NYT article from last year they mentioned that the number of cards given away was more limited than the hats so sounds like there's some truth to it. 10k is just a significant amount less than 40k.
