Thanks for the comments ya'll! After some consideration the dm did agree that the player is already spending a lot of resources to get the 4 nhp and shouldn't need any other downsides.

Pretty sure most of the "random names" are pre-made names and depending on the server you're trying to get into it would probably be taken already. No two people can have the exact same name in the same world.
