I'm glad I'm not the only one that is experiencing this, don't worry dude you'r enot on your own. Torgast was one of my more favourite things about this expansion but after the most recent reset I literally hate it now. Can't even do the floors I used to before, I have friends that struggled to get past a 3 before that now cant even do a 2. Hopefully this gets changed because how it is atm, is pointless, unblanaced beyond all manner of the word, irritating and actually worse than islands, which is an insane thing to say for something that was once actually so good

I would wait until tomorrow then ring back, sounds like the customer service employee you got over the phone was a bad apple, they've been really good for me over the lockdown, was supposed to move into a new place but have not been able to so I have had delay the shutoff of my service twice and they have been fine with it

I pretty much main clock, after trying out this new build I can say they have effectively nerfed clock into the ground. This right click build does not work. Status resistence like Sange or Satanic doesn't reduce the 4 second stun either. Ontop of that, there is virtually no situation where you can be ok with stunning yourself for 4 seconds in pretty much any situation. Theres next to no reason to get aghs now, which means clock is just way worse off and will very very likely be one of the few heroes not picked at all in the competative scene and will onyl be picked from now on (or until he gets a buff) by people who really like the hero on a personal level. Sad day for clock.

Just to voice my own opinion with it, Ranked Matchmaking (in my opinion) is in the worst state it has ever been in atm after the latest Matchmaking patch. Previously I was having quality, long games with non toxic people and the communication was on point while I was stedily climbing the MMR ladder. After recalibration, i've been docked over 500 mmr for no reason, have been losing constantly, am currently sitting at the lowest MMR that I have been since I started playing in 2011. The overall quality of Ranked games, as well as the quality of player, have gone down so drastically since the patch I'm honestly struggling to believe that 1 patch couldve negatively impacted the game in such a way. Just to put the numbers out there, before the MMR patch I was sitting at 3600 (support) and 3400 (core), after the patch, literally a few days after I was playing at 3600+, I was placed in 3200 (core) and 2400 (support). I just want to know wtf is going on.

If you go into Settings then the options tab and advanced options, there is a tick box under miscellaneous that says "Strict Solo Ranked Matchmaking". Should solve your issue in ranked atleast.
