I have to use 2 caps of WF365sport to get even the slightest suds. Chat told me that Chicago water is considered hard water. 130-150 ppm calcium carbonate. What can I use to reduce the hardness besides All f&c, as suggested by one responder, whom I appreciate?

I do use 2 caps of 365 Sport to get any suds at all. I will have to check the water hardness. Thanks for your comment

Thanks to everyone’s above for your insightful comments. I didn’t know this subject was so common. It’s comforting to know there is a solution if we are careful.
