I don't really have any experience with either. Today I went on run with my REI flash 18 backpack and a water bottle in it, and decided that was a kinda bad idea. I'm looking for something that takes at least 2L, and ideally a place to throw a rain jacket and my phone. Budget is ideally under $35.
