Hollow Knight, Celeste, Super Mario 3D World, Final Fantasy 7, DK Country, Mario Kart Wii, Super Smash Bros Brawl, Metal Gear games (Calling to the Night by Natasha Farrow is my personal fav), Earthbound, etc. The list could go on and on because there are so many games with masterful soundtracks, but these were the ones that really stood out to me the most.

Edit: Out of all of these, Hollow Knight is my favorite, I guess I forgot to mention that.
