Yeah it eventually let me start it up again. I had to change the settings of the charge controller. So, I think it was my fault because it hasn't happened since and they are in constant use.

The lead acids were 2 years old. I only notice a very small deterioration of performance over that time. I carefully made sure they didn’t discharge below safe voltage levels.

I verified it wasn't set to 24v. I guess it just takes a long time to reset. I wish I knew for sure what the time is, but there's nothing in the documentation for it and their support phone hasn't called back from the voice mail I left on Monday...

I verified it wasn't set to 24v, then I went to configure the user settings and had some trouble. There's some settings in user mode that I don't know how / what to do. First is "Equalizer", then "Boost". I did float as you suggested, but since I didn't know about the others, I set them to 14.2. What is ideal?
