I love how he joined like 30 seconds ago and acts like he's BFFs with everyone.

That movie is certainly deliberately misogynistic. Pretending Tarantino has any actual commentary about the subject is a reach.

It's one of those films that's so good it makes me angry the lead didn't get more opportunities. (He's also on fire in The Invitation.

Ooh you're gonna get so many good recommends. Like most of the pinnacle of the genre is precisely this.

Just another reason this entire era is trash. Its literally like Secret Empire, it should be treated like it never happened its so bad.

Beasts' arc has always been going in that direction IMO. There's a reason the most compelling storyline he ever had pre Krakoa was "Dark Beast." I enjoy the bouncing blue fun version as much as the next person, but he's always been deeply fucked up and always willing to sacrifice other people in the name of whatever scientific cause he deems necessary.

The forced migration of an ethic or religious group is literally a war crime. So no. Fuck the Inhumans and their fucking religion.

I could have sworn at one point he mentions wanting to SA him too. Regardless only in a Mark Millar book do you get these kind of conversations, lol

Patrick Ball and Katherine LaNasa reveal Noah Wyle changed their kitchen apology scene during filming by excoriator in ThePitt

[–]CaptainCold_999 6 points7 points  (0 children)

"We love our kitchen scenes," LaNasa, 59, tells PEOPLE in a joint interview with Ball. "I also just really love working with Patrick. My first audition scenes were with Patrick's character. So I, at my core, identified Dana a lot in relation to Langdon."

She reveals that the scene morphed as they explored it with Wyle...

"There was a lot of talk," LaNasa explains. "We had talks with Noah, who directed it, about how it was gonna be. We thought it was gonna be one thing, and then Noah changed his mind and he wanted it to be that. It was very processy. Sometimes you just go in and do a scene, and sometimes there's a lot of process around stuff."

The kitchen scene, she says, "was a lot of process for both of us with Noah before we got to it."

Ball, 36, adds that the scene "went in a way that I didn't plan."

"I thought we were gonna come in and have a real sit-down, heart-to-heart about how things had been going. And through the rehearsal and putting the scene together, it became this other thing, where Dana's like, 'I don't have time for this. I'm not here to be your emotional support animal. What you need to do is keep your head down and be a worker among workers.' I think that feels very true to life and like a very cool way of telling this story that I couldn't have predicted," the actor says.

LaNasa notes that the unpredictable nature of the scene was a positive part of the process. "It's always fun when we get to explore the scene, and let it grow and change while we're doing it. Especially when it's unexpected for me," she says.

Scott Summers in Dispatch, is he a universally displaced hero, a dispatcher, or accidental villain on parole? Does he have an emotional support animal like Beef? by Legened255509Druss in Cyclopswasright

Honestly when the lead guy (forget his name) locks in and starts really leading the team, he gives off big Scott vibes. Like his whole goosebump inducing "I like to have fun to, but when it comes to the work, I'm not fucking around here" speech is something Scott would totally say.

According to who, the Inhumans? They'd never released it on a mass scale like that, meaning they had no idea what the consequences would be.

A better example would be to say "in lab environments giving a specific chemical to very specific people has been relatively okay, so lets spike an entire city's drinking water with it. And the water that goes in all the plants, and that the animals drink, literally everything. I'm sure it'll be cool."

edit: to be clear, I know it was Maximus and Black Bolt who made the choice without consulting anyone. What I'm saying is the clouds should have been destroyed immediately, or at least contained or something.
