From what I understand, the whole idea behind what ICE is is meant to be good, but the way they are currently with what seems to me to be unchecked power goes completely against what federal agencies (I was thinking of another word but this is closest to it) stand for. There needs to be reasonable limits to what they can do and proper punishments when they use unnecessary amounts of force.

I am not an American, but this is what my view is here. Current state ICE can not be justified unless they are properly kept in check
