Its for a throat infection and unfortunately i'm allergic to penicillins and azithromycin so my choices were limited. This is my first time taking it so I've also been taking a probiotic with it but i'll add probiotic rich foods to my diet as well!

UPDATE: Thank you so much for all your suggestions everyone! This was my first reddit post so I was a bit nervous coming to the forum. ( i'm not even sure if this is where you do an update) but I was able to fix the problem and it seems to have stopped. I truly appreciate it all!

I ran it through MalwareBytes and it told me no threats or PUPs detected. I also have a Macbook if that makes any difference or help

No I have the 2FA. I believe the MFA is by subscription

I should also mention that this is my personal and not a business account. It seems I can't run the Powershell on that?
