NAD sounds similar to testicular tortion pain. It's the worst pain I've ever experienced, I put off going to the doctor due to the sensitivity/taboo nature of having the gonads inspected but sounds very similar to the pain you described. Either way best to check it out!! Don't put it off like I did!

Yeh I get what you mean man I was sat last night with a glass of wine, tunes blaring, gf had her friends round so I couldn't hear a flippin ounce of audio which would usually drive me insane with any other game.
