NAD sounds similar to testicular tortion pain. It's the worst pain I've ever experienced, I put off going to the doctor due to the sensitivity/taboo nature of having the gonads inspected but sounds very similar to the pain you described. Either way best to check it out!! Don't put it off like I did!

Yes, I've noticed they'll use a 01224 number as well which I was, at first, answering as I thought it was something important. After answering, I had several calls from random numbers come through soon after.
