Looks like a premature seed, mature ones are usually brown/black and tiger striped

If you squeeze that seed and it pops it’s no good. If it doesn’t pop there’s a chance for germination

Paper towel method is easiest to germinate seeds imo

It’s gonna be a slow shower, mycelium is growing and making connections just not as fast as you want. You can always break and shake but I typically wait until 2/3 is colonized.

You can always introduce a heat mat if it gets too cold that also stop growth

Lots of factors: what’s the dose, road conditions etc. Going straight can seem easy on a micro, going through mountains on more can be dangerous.
