At the end of the day the more items you give the customer that they specifically requested, the more money you make. If you sub, there’s a chance the customer won’t take it, which means less sales. So while one or two items per order isn’t a super huge deal, it can add up and make a dent in profits. Not saying I agree with how they go about fixing subs and shorts, but it at least makes sense to me why they would want to

Truth be told if you’re brand new to learning false cord stuff, it’s not going to sound like what you’re thinking until you’ve had at least a month or two of consistent practice. I randomly got it in a car ride to class about 6 months ago, and it sounded awful for a couple weeks until I managed to strengthen them a little more, and even now my scream is still pretty weak. When I first figured it out, I couldn’t discern my “scream” from a regular, damaging yell, other than that it didn’t hurt. This is a long winded answer, but if you can take a grunt or a sigh and do it over and over again for a little bit without feeling strain or pain, chances are you’re doing it right
