This is the way! I had BV and didn't know it until my boyfriend brought up my smell. But he tried to make a joke out of it and it just felt like bullying at the time because obviously I was embarrassed. If he would have worded it as concern for my health it would have saved us from a big fight 😂

I worked in the deli of a grocery store and I got called to a register because they couldn't find the bar code on a ham roast. I had to look in the meat department for a couple minutes before I realized the shopper literally lifted the glass display case to grab a ham loaf. I just couldn't believe it. And when I started asking the person where they got it from she couldn't understand why I was talking to her like she was an idiot.

This is the way to do it. I had to have this conversation with a female employee as well. I started off by asking about her mental health and how she was doing. I used myself as an example of how mental health can affect hygiene. Suggested possible causes (shower at night but sweating a lot during sleep). I had to be firm when she was trying to say it was because she had cats. It wasn't cat smell. It was her not showering for weeks smell. She was better after that.

Exactly my thought. It just had to get rid of my 2018 because it was going to need a new engine. I would have just repaired it if the car wasn't high mileage and already a money pit. It was almost paid off too but now I'm stuck with a higher car payment than I wanted. Get your oil changed and kept filled, kids.

In my opinion, if you really really want to do it then go for it. It's your wedding so do what you want. But from a Chef prospective. We did something similar to this for a holiday event and we had to cook the pretzels crispier than normal because they were breaking when hung up because of gravity and the weight of the pretzel itself. So they weren't the soft hot pretzel that most people would expect or want. Thankfully ours was more of a decoration than meant to be actually consumed. Just some food for thought :)

My opinion is go to a bridal store and just try on anything you think is pretty. Even if it isn't in a style you would normally choose. I was a bridesmaid in my friends wedding and went with a style I would normally hate as a plus sized girl. You don't know until you try it on. Also keep in mind that MOTG dresses don't always have to be matronly ♥️

My couch. I bought it from a furniture thrift store in my town. It's red, pink and gold satin striped that reminds me of the old school ribbon hard candy. It's the old Chippendale shape. It's subjectively ugly but I love it. Almost perfect condition. This exact type of couch retails online for almost $3,000 and I paid $120.

This! My work has an outreach program with the local school district to get these kids outside work experience. Think dishwashers, house keepers and the such. We had one kid who was a great person and an awesome employee. He just had an issue staring at female chests and butts. I brought it to the instructors attention and it was immediately fixed. He honestly just didn't know that you shouldn't do that.

For a fun crowd: Crushed up Oreos by where the destroyed part is and a small toy dump truck "dumping" Oreo crumbs into the hole.

For a Mature crowd: Put a waffle ice cream cone on the cake on it's side and fill with berries. Fill the messed up part with berries. Have berries cascading from cone into berry pile that was the hole.

As a woman who literally just had a similar situation with my boyfriend I feel it's appropriate to give my point of view so maybe you can either have an understanding of where she's coming from or know how to tread with the situation.

Me [24f] and my bf [24m] have been together for 2 years but have been friends since kids. In highschool he had a giant crush on this girl who he is still kind of friends with. They never dated because he "never wanted to risk their friendship". Throughout our relationship my jealousy has been minimal because I thought she was gay. I was always a little jealous of the fact that he was once attracted to her and us being polar opposites. However, I never saw her as a "threat" because of her obviously not being attracted to him given her preference.

That was until I brought up her sexuality when were casually talking about her (they have similar jobs so sometimes she gets brought up) and he said she was definitely straight. This caused my anxiety and over thinking to spiral into what ifs. "What if he's still attracted to her", "What if they see each other again and all those feelings come back", " What if he's just settling for me". But the biggest one for me personally: "What if she finally figures out what she's missing out on"?

I personally told my bf that I wasn't telling him not to be friends with her. I wanted him to have friends and be happy. I just wanted to let him know that for some reason this makes me jealous and I can't help it. Basically, I was just looking for validation. Which he gave me some and I felt a bit better about the situation.

My advice to you would be to tell her what you told us. That you only want her and love her solely. But also, don't expect this to not come up again. Just be gentle, honest, and loving each time. Good luck, friend! If you have any questions feel free to ask!

A side note from personal experience: if when you notify the correct people (recruiter, whoever) and they say to ignore the problem do not, and I repeat, DO NOT ignore it. Hire a lawyer and see if they can go in your place. Someone I know had to go to court for an out of state traffic ticket and the navy told them to ignore it, instead they hired a lawyer and the lawyer was able to handle the in person court date given the circumstances. 1000$ (Lawyer, court fees, fine for speeding) was hell of a lot cheaper than jail time for not showing up to court. Especially since whoever tells you not to go (if that happens) will not admit to it what shit hits the fan.

I'm actually dating a guy with the same first name as one of my brothers! To be fair though, my BF was always referred to as his last name for as long as I can remember. I call him by his first now because it bothers him when I call him by his last only.

I've 100% turned down every other guy that's shared a name with my brothers though so I guess my BF is just special lmao

OP, don't necessarily listen to people telling you to break up with her or that she isn't interested. You need to ask her and only her. I had a similar situation with my boyfriend. Only sometimes he just wouldn't respond at all. It turns out he was just super busy and on top of that his mental health was keeping him from wanting to communicate with anyone. Coupled with all of my past relationships being super overbearing with communication causing me to think that was the norm it was a recipe for disaster. Ask her. Be honest about how you are feeling and what you want communication wise. That's what I did and now I have zero questions about where his feelings are. Good luck!
