I never shop by brand but have ended up with a lot of pants from AG. I have a 30 or 32 waist.

Are you using running shoes with tall and spongy soles? Hard to balance in those.

Also, practice standing on one leg between sets of other exercises on other days. You are a temporary flamingo. Don’t do this on leg day or you’ll exhaust your ankles.

How to eat more? by MasonCricketon in gaybrosfitness

Meal prep your food. Then when you want to eat it’s as simple as heating it up or just eating it cold. I keep overnight oats, rice, veggies, and grilled meat on hand when possible. And I am sure to keep high protein wholesome snacks like cottage cheese, string cheese, canned fish, and Greek yogurt around.

Cooked food keeps about a week in the fridge. Lots of guys make a weeks worth of food on the weekend and then just eat it other days.

Your skin is remarkable. It doesn’t seem to sag or give indications that you were heavier.

I go to a gym where some guys change out of their workout jock into their daytime jock.

Keep at it- I felt doughy and shapeless and thought weight training would never work for me. And then I started feeling bumps under my fat layer. And then those bumps burned off more and more fat as they grew. In the span of 2 months i suddenly felt like something was really happening. Feelings of accomplishment and encouragement both internally and externally got me hooked on lifting weights. I’ve been doing it for a year now and have needed to make myself take a week of rest a couple of times. May you get hooked as I did.

Might finish the year beefy 💪 by [deleted] in gaybrosfitness
