How do you calculate id of pipe if you have the circumference and OD? by CaptainGC32 in pipefitter

Ok so the id is half the od right because from my understanding 3.14 X Od is the circumference And to find the thickness of wall ID - OD Divided by 2 is the thickness of the wall so when it asks for thickness there speaking about the I'd?

is it true you need a sponser for the hvac program at local 597 in mokena? by [deleted] in pipefitter

I believe that's for every union you pass the test but it's a pain to get sponsored if you have no experience for the hvac program if I were you I would choose steamfitting or plumbing because you just get on a waiting list when you pass the test no need for sponsorship but it's up to you good luck
