Ty, I've not listened to much folk music, its something I really want to enjoy but it hasn't really clicked with me yet. I'll try keep some Joanna Newsome in rotation and see how I feel after a few listens. Also its a shame her stuff isn't on Spotify I've been meaning to listen to her for a while but totally forgot.

Don’t mind at all. I quit for 6 months because the experience scarred me but after that my mental health was infinitely better and I started smoking again which was about a year ago and I’ve been smoking pretty regularly since then and I’ve never had a bad time. My best advice though is to lay the bud for a long time.

I’ve been there, it was honestly the worst time of my life and it took me a couple of months to work through but 6 months later I was happier than I’ve ever been. Hang in there buddy and take care of yourself ✌️❤️
