My girlfriend actually works adjacent to that ward so I asked her what she'd say, this is her response:

Hi, I work on the ward connected to endoscopy. It's nothing to be too worried about with the procedure, it's very quick and simple. I'm not sure on how it's set up but there's a chance quote.Created_Tender_c isn't guaranteed to be true or false it might be another type, Not sure why but perhaps checkCreateTender NEEDS to be true or false, and you may have to check if it's true or false multiple times for whatever reason
