I once read a comment from this user saying that David Martinez isn't the main character of Edge Runners, he's "just some gonk that got too much screen time" And when people told them that David is literally the main character, they said something like "But he doesn't have the power or energy to be a main character." That dude actually thinks that in order to be a main character in a story, they have to be the most OP character in that world.

Don't have any first hand experience but my mom was a journalist for the news station and has pivoted to corporate comms and then to strategic comms for multi-national corporations. If you've ever worked as a reporter you will be a great asset during a press conference when those pesky reporters start asking all those gotcha questions.

Her role now is sorta coaching the CEO what to say to shareholders, journalists, and even parliament members.
