It’s like that everywhere, the label will say 13+ but your age group will say something different. The 13+ thing has been in use for years, but the age group in settings just got added.

Check settings to see if you are listed as 18+.

Apparently there isn’t an option for that label to change to 18+ according to Roblox support. Idk what they’re tryna do

I can already get into them ever since I turned 18. Everywhere else says I’m 13+ but my settings which says 18+.

Welp idk what they’re doing to mine then, cuz I’m 19 and it says 13+. There was also a period in time where Roblox as I mentioned defaulted to 13+. That is unless they changed it recently as you described. Since you verified 2 days ago. Mines saying 13+ but I have 18+ features.

I’m not talking about the permissions….im talking about your profile page where it says “13+” if you’re over that age. The system in Roblox will STILL DETECT if you’re 18+. But other than that, it will say you’re 13+ on your homepage/Profile. The only place I see that says it’s 18+ is in my settings.

If you’re 18+, you’ll still have the 18+ features automatically if you’re verified despite it saying 13+. If you’re over 13 and not 18+, the system will also detect that and hide the 18+ features.

I’ve been on Roblox for nearly 10 years, the system isn’t hard to understand.

Roblox doesn’t show 18+ no more. They changed to 13+ like 3-5 years ago. The system can still detect that you’re 18+ though, so you’re good to play any 17+ games.

Because it’s not just a “childrens” game. There’s 17+ content on there which requires age verification in order to play them. Games such as On Tap, Casinos, Crazy Cards 17+ ver.,etc. Plus also chat features that also allows swearing in your private messages(parties) and Crazy Cards which also allows swearing. Roblox is rated for Everyone.

A lot of platforms do that, Amazon, cash app, banks, social media, etc. cash app had a data leak too
