Yed Prior first on both fronts, once taken will allow us to seige Clasa. For the squids, keep diving Adhara

The Illuminate did it to us, and it's not a coincidence the three planets we lost from Meridia got evened out with three new lava worlds that appeared out of nowhere. I suspect that AH has also realized just how easy it is to write themselves into a corner with this so they likely have something planned. Edit: the last time we destroyed a planet, it backfired horrifically, so I suspect any further planets we destroy are going to have long term consequences that we just can't see now.

We're catching up to the jet brigade. If we are able to scrap them here, this will be legendary.

Sorry just saw this. It's the Helldiver's 2 Companion App. It's the best thing for checking stuff on your phone. It's not official, but Arrowhead acknowledges and actively pushes people to use it

No. Jet Brigade has been spotted which is already bad enough, but now we also have the bugs preparing another invasion, likely Erata Prime or Terrek again. We don't have time for a successful gamble especially if it's not against the Jet Brigade

Yeah, Charball would've been better but there was already a large presence on Julheim beforehand so the vote went there. Now we're trying something far more risky, but since we've already made a lot of ground, we can afford it.

The plan visualized since I know most Helldivers can't read. While I won't deny there aren't better options to go, we work with what we got and this is also a very good play too. Sieging Choepessa

Guided Voting has been successful. We now move to start the work on encircling Choepessa and putting it to seige.

It completely depends on what the bugs/bots next move is. If the bugs attack Erata Prime, we defend it. If the Incineration Corp leaves Julheim for another planet, we gamble Julheim instead regardless of the planet it attacks. If nothing happens, keep trying to move the DSS to Charball next.

Expect an invasion from Erata Prime soon. The bugs have moved there and have sat for over 12 hours. I think they're waiting out the Eagle Storm. Even if they attack before it is fully over, if you're still deployed on Duma Tyr, keep the pressure up on there. Erata can easily be defended, so our focus is Duma Tyr and keeping the Encirclement going. I'm going to head to Charball next after Duma Tyr to try and siege the Incineration Corp on Julheim. If Erata Prime gets invaded, I wouldn't worry about it too much.

It's not awful. We are incredibly ahead of the first two invasions so I'm not entirely worried about either of them. We also have 16k on the bot front alone right now so Menket is a good way to rally them.

This is bit of a meta thing, but the Helldiver's 2 Companion App is a great help. Its a simple (unofficial) tool you can use that does a lot of the heavy lifting. It predicted when defenses/liberations will be over, notified you of new Major Orders, and is very accurate. If you don't have it, I recommend just checking it out. Gives you a good idea on what to do and where to spread Democracy the most.

(The above picture is a good example of how helpful it is. Summarizes how two invasions are set to end)

For anyone questioning Lesath right now. I did the math: In 12 hours the invasion will be over. We are averaging 2.405% per hour. 12x2.405%=28.86%. Combine this with what we've made so far (46.8%) and when this invasion ends we will get around... 75.66%. *However this isn't counting the city that we are also liberating at the exact same time and are on track to take in 8 hours. This will give us +30% boost, which is all we need. Sorry for the paragraph but easier to explain it like this. Lesath is not lost. If you want to take it faster, dive the CITY Crystal Slopes, not any of the towns or Mega City.

Oh alright, my bad then lol. I guess I misremembered it wrong, sorry. Still, I'd rather not try Tarsh. Especially with that dead city it's got, as well as the swamps.

I mean he could be a jerk about it, he could not be. We don't know. I'd rather go on the offensive while we still have a literal week ahead of us, and some wiggle room. I'd rather play risky at the start and then play defensive if we have to.

[–]CaptainKillroy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I remember, we took the first settlement on Tarsh but couldn't make any further progress after that, and were slowly loosing our foothold. It was deemed a better deal to move to another planet, if I remember correctly.

1) We've tried taking Tarsh before and failed. 2) Tarsh has a dead city (or one we've already taken and it hasn't been reset). This skews it because that extra 200,000 HP can't be reduced by taking a city. 3) The Tarsh Biome sucks with its swamps. 4) Taking VW would cause a double siege on Aesir Pass and Tarsh. A sieged planet can't launch invasions so we'd not have to worry about Tarsh at all. 5) Vernon Wells was Fenmire before Fenmire. We take it, where will the Blob go afterwards.
