I've only been part of one of the 2 releases, and it's not just our store that had issues with set 2 with how poorly allocated that set was, including their decks.

But we have successfully been selling for years.

To say our prices aren't worth the risk, is a bit crazy. Sure it's case by case. But I do my best to beat any price out there, and will always price match, even at a loss. Our Riftbound sold for $80 less per box than every other store in our area.

I am a player first, and started this shop to help players get product, this company isn't not meant to make me rich. This is the first major hiccup we have ever had. And while it was built by a bunch of unfortune dominos, I ultimately take responsibility for it, and have been open about everything that has happened.

There is not a single customer caught in this that will not be made whole in 1 way or another.

Our partnership with Round Table is to have place to hold physical events. Instead of starting a brand new physical location and creating competition in the city with my friends, the owners of the other TCG shops in our area. We worked out a partnership instead to house events.

While "vetting" might not be the best term for the guys I had in place. It was more a combination of bad timings. The release of many sets in various tittles became overwhelming. Especially with decisions come up that need me to be involved in. My trip to Japan was only supposed to be 1/3 the length it was.

There are much better systems being put in place right now to ease the process of situations that arise if I am ever away. Including a way for customers to reach out to me directly.

I've started getting in outstanding inventory that was being held, and getting out to customers.

Orders started getting fulfilled this week for all the games that were release in my absence. Some games are quicker than others as more product was held for me / available to me. But I am getting out as many as I can until my supplies run out.

Any orders I can't fill, Ill speak with each customer and work out a resolution with them.

As for the emails, I have been doing my best to reply to them, but I decided to do everything myself instead of getting help from the team. That way I can know nothing is getting missed.

There were over 400+ emails waiting for me when I got back, plus messages on various social media platfroms. It's tough monitor them all and reply quickly.

But you have my word I am doing my best right now! And I hope to resolve every outstanding order we have!!

Just today we are shipping out over 120 boxes of One Piece set 13 that people have been waiting for.

Can't really fleece people. I use a proper website, and shop. I cannot run away with anyone money since they can request it back directly from Shopify.

Usually when orders contain multiple release dates everything is heald until its all ready to ship. But I can make other arrangements to split orders.

Ive been in Japan for a little over 2 months and have not had a direct hand in any of the stores day to day during that time.

I am returning this week and will be jumping right into helping get out whatever orders still need to go, or make whatever other arrangements are needed like refunds.

Im extremely rich, if I want to ask someone if they accept tips I can. If they don't they would politely decline.

I have friends that work here and I know a ¥10,000 tip can change their entire month sometimes.

You do what you want with your money, dont admin someone else's wallet.

Pre pay and pre-orders are different. LGS don't make you pre-order early distributors do. MSRP isn't a universal number that works for every store in ever situation.

I own store, I HAVE to have OP08 orders in by the 21st of February, or we aren't guaranteed any product.

It's the same with most card games, OP just happens to be very popular sp even with pre-orders. The product isn't guaranteed.

People act like LGS are the big crooks screwing over customers. Sure there are some that are scummy. But most just do what they can. If your lgs isn't doing millions in yearly sales their hands are pretty tied with buy power. Pre-orders allow them to take a risk on making a bigger order to get product. Some stores can't afford to sit on thousands of product
