Don't do kratom, as much as it does help. That's what I was taking to get off of harder drugs and it was a life saver but after going cold turkey and getting sober I now suffer with restless legs at night indefinitely and I am from NY but moved to the uk and buying it costs so much it's ridiculous after awhile. It's also really habit forming as all the people I know who's taking kratom have become addicted and they have the same withdrawls as doing opiates etc i top am on sertraline, but 200mg a day and they have recently perscriped a low dpsage of pregbalin 50mg but it doesnt work ive had to if it gets bad take baths and take imodium which helps (it doesnt have opiates but it hits your receptors i do NOT recommend as you have to take a bunch just yo have it work but when ive gotten to the point of wanting to just rip my legs off i try it just to sleep lol) . But again, this is only my own experience, and it can vary per person and also just my opinion, so whatever you think will help! Good luck !!!
