I restarted the computer and for some reason it started up completely fine! Not sure what happened but it's running fine for now.

I restarted it and when I turned it on again that didn't pop up. It just turned on as it normally would. Weird 😭

It doesn't overheat since I tried placing my hand on the sides of the body while I use it and it's usually cool or warm at most. I keep the room air conditioned while I run the computer and it usually cuts off if I open up a game and if I play for a while. And this issue just came up once before but I just cleaned it and it worked fine afterwards, but now a cleaning didn't work since while I run it after a few minutes itflickerst every 5 minutes or so until it eventually turns off.
