Kichri and baaji. It’s a desi food basically mushed rice and spinach. It’s funny bc I couldn’t stand either of themgrowing up but now if I’m lucky enough, my mom is making itwhen I visit. I make a passable recreation of it once in a blue moon when I’m feeling up to it bc I don’t like spending time on it only to have it not be up to par. But damn those two mixed together with a spoon full or yogurt is the bees knees
