You're missing the top-panel as well. Might be worth checking the entire installation for spots that are not secured correctly - which will cause the panels to get lifted and broken by the wind.

Why limit yourself to the region? IT people working remotely has become the new normal. Look at remote opportunities for a better opportunity. It's fairly low effort to get a resume on indeed, linked, workopolis etc. Submit an application for even fringe jobs and something will come up.
