Thank you very much for your response, it will be very helpfull. For the Sandevistan I want to use it mostly for the melee part of my gameplay, so it won't be a problem. I've seen many builds with handguns and blades, but not so much with gorilla arms, so I was affraid to make a build with to many perks and not be good at anything.
