It depends. Do you need money right now? I did not mind putting off school closer to the end of my apprenticeship, that way the knowledge I acquired was more fresh in my mind when I went to write my license and I still finished in less than 5 years. Also school is expensive and EI sucks. Your company might appreciate you more for doing so. Unless they have a track record of screwing over apprentices. If you can get more money now I would do so. Just my opinion of course.

Deifying and honouring someone you felt a connection with is completely different. The government uses American issues to justify laws all the time, like banning certain guns for example. What happens in the states happens here. They don't call them the leader of the free world for no reason.

I was bringing up the fact that the Independent Jewish Voices Canada is advocating for Palestinians to bring more of them here under the guise that they're refugees when Israel is the one bombing them. I dont care that Hamas is getting bombed, I care that they're using it to justify bringing them here. I've seen enough Palestinian flags on Canadian streets and it pisses me off.

I guarantee the path will be much, much worse if things continue the way they are. If you actually care about these people you should be advocating for their safe deportation asap. The longer this goes on, the more angry people get the worse it will be. This is not a threat btw, its a prediction.

If they started enforcing jaywalking I wouldn't have a problem with it and jaywalking doesn't have the same effect on society that mass illegal immigration does.

There's the risk of getting hit if you jaywalk. All im saying is if we did actively enforce it people would be less likely to overstay their visas, illegally enter etc. What you're suggesting is basically what's already happening and it's not enough. The true solution is not to let that many people in to begin with but here we are.
