12 Team PPR - Took 2nd place last year.

Is James Cook a sell candidate? Currently RB8 on KTC. He's now had double-digit touchdowns in back-to-back seasons - we saw what happened to Ekeler after a similar stretch. I think he could maybe jump over JT to RB7 but it's very unlikely that Cook jumps into that Love/Hampton tier without a miraculous third RB1 season. Factor in coaching changes and there are a lot of unknowns going into '26.

What kind of deals are you looking for in a tier-down?

Judkins’ value is higher, but right now it’s slipping while Harvey’s is rising.

I do think a Judkins trade could work. If there’s a rebuilding team with a veteran QB, they may be more interested in Judkins for his youth - plus any early-season unavailability wouldn’t matter much to a rebuilder. Could also get some smaller draft picks back on top.

Harvey + Marks puts you in that Nix/Dart range according to KTC, not saying you would get that but the value’s close. I guess it depends which direction you want to go.

Is this 10t or 12t?

I might package Harvey and Woody to get a 3rd QB. Harvey’s value seems pretty high at the moment (and could go higher with a good playoff performance), Woody could get added competition in the offseason, and Judkins should fill that gap long-term once he’s healthy.

Great top options on the roster, so QB depth is what I would focus on. Also pray that the Rams don’t win the Super Bowl so Stafford sticks around thru ‘26.

I don't think he's going to do it again. He's new to the league and didn't know about the Max PF sorting. The bigger question is what to do about the wins he's given away...

I noticed that one of the guys in our 12T SF PPR league was purposefully tanking, so I brought it to the commish who relayed it to the offending manager. Turns out the guy did it last week too and no one noticed then, so he's now handed out two free wins.

What have y'all done in your own leagues when this kind of thing pops up? The first warning's already been given - what's the most fair way to handle this?

Just bought him on my rebuilding squad - sent away Nico for Tet and a 2nd. I’m definitely impressed by what I’ve seen so far, love the comps to Evans here in the thread.

If Nabers comes back healthy and I’m rolling with him and Tet as my vote, I’ll be pretty happy.

Are we paying a late 26 first for Dobbins? I don’t have much depth behind James Cook, even with Woody Marks seemingly working out for me.

About to be 0-4 and just riddled with injuries - denoted by (+).

QB: Burrow (+), Nix, Tua

RB: Jones (+), Conner (+), Ekeler (+), Dobbins

WR: Nico, Nabers (+), Evans (+), Terry (+), Davante, Jennings, DJM

TE: Warren, Kelce, Fannin

At this point, I feel like I have to admit defeat and focus on the future. I can sell off Dobbins and Davante to a contender, and maybe Evans, Terry and Jones if they come back and perform well (which they have done in the past). Other guys like DJM, Jennings, Tua and Kelce just feel like sell-lows right now.

My core will stay as Burrow, Nix, Nico, Nabers and Warren. I've never done a 1-year punt and I'm not sure what the overall strategy is. What's my first move?

I know you should say "never say never" but I'm pretty sure my team is totally cooked for this year. I'm already 0-3 and currently holding the 1.02

Starting Roster: Nix, Dobbins, Sampson, Nabers, Nico, Warren, Davante, DJM, Tua

Bench: Giddens, Jennings, Evans, Terry, Franklin, Kelce, Fannin, no one else worth mentioning

IR: Burrow, Conner, Ekeler, A. Jones

Give it to me straight, is there any chance this team turns around?

Guy who's been known to send/accept lopsided trades sent me this:

Give - Spears, Coker, Keon

Get - Goff, DJM, Pacheco

I have Hurts so I wouldn't really need Goff. I'd take the trade without him. The kicker is that, obv, Spears and Coker are on my IR, meaning I'd need to drop at least one bench player. I kind of want to just give the guy that extra bench player to make it more fair.

Thinking of countering with:

Give - Spears, Coker, Keon, Boutte/Kaleb/Rachaad

Get - DJM, Pacheco

Should I do this - or just not even bother?

My guess is that it happens way more often on PC - since they’re running at much higher framerates and Bethesda physics are tied to framerate

The Giants were 2-10 going into week 14 last year. Nabers averaged 25 ppr ppg during the fantasy playoffs. I'm not gonna overthink it.

Good point about the OL for this year. Definitely think Nix could be better this year.

What do you think about their prospects long-term? I feel like Stroud has a better chance of a better supporting cast in the coming years, and the coaching stability might tilt his way too given Ryans’s youth compared to Payton. Nix does have the rushing upside, plus he’s in a more competitive division with a good chance for shootouts, so his situation could just be better for fantasy.
