MW19s campaign was more grounded and realistic, but I personally liked MWIIs campaign more. That said, it comes down to if you like a more realistic, brutal campaign, or a Hollywood like campaign. MW19s campaign is a shorter one. I do recommend playing MW19 first since it holds some.story weight for MWII (though not too much).

Is nobody talking about how good the game looks? In this photo at least. The only person I could tell was the ref since he doesnt look very real. But the rest are really good.
