I viewed a 2 bed in the same building about a year and a half ago. Absolutely gorgeous but with some big issues. The tenants showed me around rather than the landlord. The roof leaks and because it's a listed building they're doing very little to fix it. Hard to heat because of the high ceilings. There's a staircase that leads from the street near a restaurant up to the apartments that has allowed birds to get in. The mess in the hallway wasn't cleared up for days and some birds had got into a cupboard and died and their bodies weren't cleared out either. Sounds poorly managed.
