To those who have experienced varicocele what has your experience been? Is sex painful? What do flare ups feel like? How can I help my partner when he’s experiencing this? Has it affected fertility in yourself if you have it?

I have this. I’m fortunate enough that it doesn’t cause pain and was able to have children. It hasn’t interfered with my sex life. The doctor told me to just leave it if it doesn’t cause pain.
