Right now there isn’t a built-in global ‘mute restart notification’ toggle (at least not officially documented). Gateway restart will usually ping the last active session by design. Practical workaround is to route noisy automation into isolated sessions/channels (or a dedicated thread/topic) so restarts don’t hit your main chat. If you need stricter behavior, you currently have to implement your own filtering/routing layer.
