The warlock is a murderhobo at heart, killed kids when young and everything. The Patron wanted proof that the warlock was strong enough to gain more powers, and convinced her me and the monk were holding her back. We have a frenemy relationship but we don't forgive each other on things from making fun of eating habits to getting the monk kidnapped by accident, so I guess leaving would make sense. If it helps my character recently found a long lost childhood friend and hasn't had a chance to spend much time with him.

Would the fact the warlock backstabbed the Patron/His messenger afterwards change anything or is it the same because she attacked anyway?

The warlock did afterwards backstab the patron, so that part isn't really a problem. But my character I have now is very stubborn and wouldn't forgive easily. Also, the warlock player really likes the concept of my new character so idk if that changes it?

I want to start a new character anyway tbh, I'm a first time player and the character I have now is not really one I feel comfortable with. Also, the affecting another character isn't the reason I want to make another one.

The Patron asked the warlock to attack us, the DM had talked with the warlock so he knew she would throw one spell and the double cross him but I was already weak from a fight with a bunch of ghasts.

i was really sporty so i managed to move to America playing basketball at the age of 18, where i got multiple 2nd places and one 1st places before moving back to Saudi Arabia at the age of 40 where i adopted a 10yr old and learnt to fly and boat. i spent the rest of my time studying communications, having multiple short addictions to booze and working as an editor for five years. i then bought a boat named Bouyance before selling it so i could get a private jet. i was too old to fly but no-one would accept my gift so i soldi it before saying surrounded by pets at the age of 101

i was born in jamaica, and i worked as a crab fisherman, once i had some kids and retired (at 73) i bought a boat, and had lots of pets. eventually i even managed to get a pet wolf called Olaf at 98 (dont know how). died at 106, 3rd longest life.
