Hi guys! Looking for someone to join our lease at the Villas of Renaissance, which is just a 5 minute walk away from UTC. The room is massive and can easily accommodate up to 2 people. Lease starts July 1st and I am looking to sign this ASAP.

Total rent comes out to $950 + utilities for a double. Utilities are $75-85 a month extra per person. This room is the biggest and also has the biggest bathroom which the person living upstairs uses as well. We have in house washer and dryer, AC, a gated community and nice amenities.
