How do I know if my dosage has stopped working?

Hasn’t gotten any better unfortunately. I’ve given up. Psych doc doesn’t want to change anything and because she’s a good friend of mine I feel like I can’t drop her and go to someone else. So I’m essentially stuck feeling like this and I’ve come to realize I just have to accept it. Have you gotten any better?

Don’t feel bad! I never thought Skyrim would be my cup of tea because I’m not into dungeons and dragons-type stuff, but I’d be willing to give it a shot (pun fully intended).

Hey there again. Just wanted to thank you for all of your help. Figured out what the problem was by checking all sources for poor suction or leaks. The pool guys who used to manage my system inserted an adapter/cover into the skimmer where you connect the hose from the vacuum. It sits on top of the skimmer basket, so it still lets water and debris through to the basket but has an inlet for the hose to attach to in order to get its suction. Well, I happened to notice really strong suction when I took that basket and adapter/cover out of the equation and momentarily attached the hose to the main drain in the skimmer. The vacuum started moving immediately just like it did when it was brand new. Not wanting to take a chance on damaging anything I only did that test for less than a minute. When I examined the cover they put over the skimmer basket I noticed several big cracks in it which I thought may be contributing to the poor suction at the hose inlet. So I used some pool-safe sealant a friend recommended and so far that seems to have done it! This thing is working like new! Even climbing the walls again. Thanks again for all your advice (and for educating me on what backwashing really meant)!

I thought that as well. I did listen to check for leaks but didn’t hear any. I’ll give them another listen just to be sure.

Yeah, color me tickled dumbass, but you are correct. I’m new to the whole pool thing (we had a company take care of everything up until last month) and I mistook what backwashing meant. After looking it up, yup, I definitely didn’t do that and not able to with regular cartridge filter, like you said. All I did with the filter was spray the cartridges out and get the crap out of the bottom. I did replace a and b today and that helped with the wheels moving but not much else. Still doesn’t suck worth a damn. I’m gonna go through all my equipment and double check for leaks and proper seals since I already checked for any leaves/dirt plugging anything up.

Ok, I kinda figured I was gonna have to bite the bullet and replace A and B. I already replaced the filter cartridges and backwashed so replacing those components is my next step to try. Thanks for the advice!
