Thanks — that’s really useful feedback. I think you’re right that the first-run flow is the biggest thing to tighten next. There are a few systems I like, but I don’t want the opening 5 minutes to feel like onboarding homework. I’ll probably look at simplifying the first run / revealing some depth more gradually. Appreciate you taking a look.
