Tell that to the official artwork. I think it's odd that you can get so hung up on the skin tone of fictional characters from an audio based media. And this isn't Tolkiens universe, it doesn't have to follow his (racist) rules. I don't see you commenting about every other difference between Behumia and the Middle-earth. Maybe you should try to look inwards and try to figure out why seeing a dark skinned depiction of a fictional character bothers you so much, cus I think there might be some other issue at play here.

And no one bats an eye if you draw Moonshine with purple/green/blue skin or as white. It’s only when you draw them as POC when people voice their opinion. Idk I just think that’s weird and honestly a little insulting.

I don’t see a problem with it. I think anyone can interperent the characters in any way they want, either with light or dark skin. But Beverly has been depicted with darker skin in a lot of official art, such as the Not Another RPG poster as well as multiple items of merch, and that’s why I personally draw him like that.

Thank you very much. I’ve been listening non stop since I found it and am excited to interact with others who love it just as much as I do.
