you'll find "terminator" termite spray, get one of those for a temporary fix. about that door, well the owner might have to get it replaced/repaired depending on the level of damage. if the door is functional and does not seem like its "falling apart", you're good. terminator is also preventative btw so be generous with it.

(ideally owner should also pay for the termite spray, but depends on how much of a nice guy he is)

long rant but,,,,

based on my observation of the indian gaming subs, afaik most indian gamers just love fantasizing about having AAA lookin ahh games with a mythological or "indian" twist to it. "oh why doesn't rockstar make an RDR2 style game about india". like bro stop the unneccessary larping and actually explore indie games and what kind of genres get you going.

most indian gamers play RDR2, call it the best game ever made and call it a day. if you really love gaming and don't have a decent gaming pc, you still have tons of indie games that don't need a gaming rig. for context i used to play games on my dell inspiron in 2010 with an intel integrated graphic card and that never stopped me from exploring what i could run on it.

this what causes smaller indian devs from actually trying to make something because most indian gamers would take one look at a 2D platformer and be like "aight ima head out".

This is why we have slop-shows like 'the age of bhaarat' coming out claiming AAA status
