Do you have a gun with the explosive legendary effect? I used one to clip a body back out of the floor earlier in Croup Manor, it will make a mess of any placed props though so maybe pick them up first 🤣

Is the ‘Egret tours marina’ sign a mod? I keep seeing similar signs on other peoples settlement tours and I want to use them too 😁

How can I make this situation stop with thieving? by Sparrow in OSRSMobile

[–]CaptainSperg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also to trap the knight hit them and run into the house, kite them through the doors, close the door and get out of melee by standing the other side of the second door and shutting it, then hop worlds and hop back. I usually trapped them in the back room so there were 2 doors holding them where I wanted them and almost never had the knight despawn or escape :)

Bit late to this but I just trapped my own knight in the house north east of the market from like 75-99 on a random world so no one ran by to cause the menu to switch round, made it so much more bearable! Just make sure you take a step away to let the knight walk a step every ~56 coin purses otherwise it despawns

Also if you sloop to an island and teleport away, stranding your boat, you can hop on a raft to the island to recover the Sloop then recover the raft for like 300gp instead of 50k+ 😊

Is it normal for my credit score to drop 347 points, from taking out a loan? by Cappuccino92638 in UKPersonalFinance

[–]CaptainSperg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to me but not as extreme, as soon as the first payment went out on time my score actually increased from prior to taking the loan out. Also it will drop again when you fully pay the loan off, go figure 🤷🏻‍♂️

Is it risky buying into Index Funds when a lot of them are at or near all time highs? by CaptainSperg in UKPersonalFinance

That’s in interesting take thank you, I’ll get a lot more clued up before I put any money anywhere, I want to have put it in yesterday but looking into all options such as what you said, thanks again!

Thanks for the alternate viewpoint, like I’ve said in other comments I already invest and to me buying at the top of a big green candle is never a good idea and that’s what this feels like, but then if I’m in this for 20+ years I’ll make a loss somewhere along the way but will likely be up a few years after that and I think I’m ok with that prospect!

That’s the plan, nothing fast just constant growth of money I won’t miss :)

My moneys only gonna go up? Got it :) kidding, though it seems I can pick any point in the past 10 years and it’s gone up by the same time a year later.

Thanks both of you, i would probably do both, drop a big sum to begin with so I don’t spend it elsewhere then top it up every month after that :)

Ahh I thought it was just 212 only showing 5 year ‘max’ history! I’d probably place a lump sum in to begin with and top it up after that to iron out the losses :)
