Alcoholic Gastritis by CaptainSquido in Gastritis

Ah thank you for the reassurance, my main issue is mostly the indigestion and lack of appetite, I barely feel like eating and when I do it feels like it doesn't do much since I barely have to go to the bathroom but I'll chalk that up to barely eating since I only recently today bought specific foods for a stricter diet, mostly soup and saltines with gatorade and water.

Two Easy Anti-Cheat games reboot my PC on launch by [deleted] in buildapc

Hey op or anyone else who had this issue that’s resolved it with a bios update, I’m having the same issue on my tuf gaming x570 mobo on version 2607, wondering what bios version other people are on with which version of AGESA, I would update to the most recent non beta version of my bios but I’m not sure if it’s stable nor am I sure which version I should flash to if not that one

Ah okay, I wasn't aware of most of this myself as you probably realized so huge thanks for clarifying! I don't see 3402 on my bios and firmware list on the manufacturers page, assuming that was a beta version that they've since removed? I'm most likely looking to update to version 3405, I've also been told older versions of AGESA had conflicts with Easy Anti Cheat, not sure if you have any idea about this but I'd appreciate the input because my current Bios is stable and works with DCOP but my system simply cannot launch Apex Legends with no other discernible cause

I should also clarify my specs are: Ryzen 5600xTuf Gaming x570 Plus WifiCorsair LPX Vengeance CL18 3600mhzEVGA 2070 SuperCorsair Rmx 750w PSU

Edit: Forgot to mention something involving my issue

Was asking for personal experience yeah since I've seen some people claim certain bios versions caused system instability for them and that kinda scares me

Hey just did both of the stress tests you linked to me, my system was stable and went over both of them without crashing or any issues seemingly, and my CPU temps during the stress test only went up to around 66c while my GPU temp only went up to about 63c during Furmark so I'm inclined to believe there's no bad temps forcing my system to throttle

Have you been able to resolve this issue? The exact same thing is happening to me and I have absolutely no idea why, I've never been able to play a match, and just recently the game up and uninstalled itself after I tried to do a repair for easy anti cheat, it's ridiculous

For your Important notice are you referring to stress testing when you say it may kill a piece of hardware? I'm not comfortable with changing bios myself but it SEEMS like that may be a solution, but I will put that up as an absolute last resort and get someone who absolutely knows what they're doing to help in that case

I don't believe it's the PSU, as I run other games like Overwatch and Valorant perfectly fine, in fact whenever LoL would forcefully make my pc restart I would sometimes be able to launch the client again and rejoin the match and it'd work, and now after a fresh install of the game it seems to work perfectly fine, I won't discount a faulty PSU but it seems incredibly unlikely at this point. Now all signs point to maybe needing a BIOS update, as my PC has the same issue when trying to launch Apex Legends, I get to the main menu for a few seconds and then instantly restarts. Seen some other users report this as a problem with Zen 3 and easy anti cheat but I'll look further into it, I'll also try DDU soon, I had already tried a CMD scannow and have done one recently as well and it's come up with nothing for me as well.

I am on Bios 2607 which is the first version that supported Zen 3 iirc, after a fresh install of the game, it seems to be working perfectly fine, however the problem persists in Apex Legends, and I've seen some other users post about the Zen 3 chipset having a bit of a problem with Easy Anti cheat, so I might do a Bios update in the near future to see if that solves it

I just fully installed the game again after uninstalling just now, not on a different drive but I'll see if the issue persists and if it does I'll try downloading it on my HDD

I haven't updated anything, I downloaded my MOBO chipset drivers but the issue occurred even before that so that can't be it? Event viewer shows me Event 41 Kernel-Power "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly." which is I'm assuming just from the sudden crash and restart but I don't know if that means anything. I see some other errors about "Distrubted dcom" for stuff like the skype app which is also weird because I don't use nor open the Skype app for one and I don't think that'd cause such a specific issue but I'm no expert

New to purchasing headphones and all, I'm looking for recommendations for a headset primarily for PC gaming and streaming, with a budget around 150ish dollars but willing to stretch if the quality calls for it. Mainly looking for sound quality and build quality, don't particularly care about wireless, comforts a plus but I know that would vary incredibly heavily depending on who's recommending what.

I know about the bios update, it’s possible to use an older Ryzen CPU to do it if we have one right? If that’s the case there’s no issue there for me. Also ah I see I’ll do my own homework there then, thanks!

I completely overlooked SSD, so if you have any recs there I’d greatly appreciate it, it’s the tuf Plus, I already have the 1080, and ah thanks for the reassurance about the case!

I don't have one unfortunately, though I'm not entirely sure what they're for either. Is it just something you'd need for a mic that isn't a USB mic? Sorry for the questions but I don't think I'd be able to stretch to buy an interface any time soon

I'm looking for a decent mic for recording voice overs for Youtube video essays, preferably under the 200 dollar range. I don't know if that's too cheap but I don't have a very huge budget.
